At the end of 2010 Matthew started his own company to work on his personal projects. The company started was DamnLucky, LLC to show it is ok to be successful in a world that no longer accepts it is ok to be successful. In 2012 Ian Dorian came on board as Creative Director to help pivot the company into an entertainment and development company. In 2013 the name changed to Advanced Ideas & Mechanics, LLC.
